  5. Hello, As the title states this must be the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me and it’s really getting on my nerves now. I placed a sportsbook bet which won, the money was then credited to my account but then an amount was instantly deducted from my balance without me placing another bet. So I won 215 and then was deducted 197.49. If you look at the timestamp you can see both occurred at 15:12:20, impossible for me to place another bet. There was nothing wrong with the original bet and it was settled correctly. My host keeps spouting the same generic message saying there is nothing they can do as it’s on the sportsbook end, live chat keep saying contact us after 24 hours. I’m sick of this happening now, wouldn’t happen on any other reputable site. Not depositing anymore and seriously considering not using the site again, not worth the hassle. Anyone had a similar problem of could help with this ? Cheers

  12. I have been trying for the last 28 days straight to get proper support but I am not getting anywhere. To summarize: First incident 7490751 - Closed without resolution, whether game replay was checked or not I do not know, it is possible they checked the wrong game_id ( gcc-zsn-8d4c3723ff6d489bacc238e9e97b879f__2734939673 instead of gcc-zsn-8d4c3723ff6d489bacc238e9e97b879f__2734940310) Second incident 7598710 - I managed to replicate the behavior and reported it, it was successfully resolved and has been refunded. With this one I have proved that there is indeed a bug, it was done and opened specifically to get the first incident re-checked. Third incident 7632466 - Tried again with support, explained in detail, and gave all information including a link to this post, after less than 5 minutes, closed as a duplicate of the first incident even though I have provided new information and details. I am tired of communicating with support and VIP host who are always asking me the same questions and when I get to the point they just close it out or say it was resolved..... Is there anyone from support who can take 10 minutes to read what I have written in the post and try to help me out?

  14. Hey, Just wondering if you have any information about what is going on with Interac fiat withdrawals. Interac disappeared from available withdrawal options. Do you know why or when it will become available again? Interac is how we transfer money in canada to/from bank accounts.

  15. To provide an update, I was able to resolve the second incident, where I provided a video, but there is still no progress on the first reported issue. So, in essence, I have proved the bug exists, but I am not getting the resolution for higher loos since I did not provide the correct game ID in the first incident. To be fair it seems I might have provided indeed incorrect incident but the thing is I have already stated I am not 100% sure which one it is and to check by time. Can I please ask someone to take this seriously and resolve it once and for all?   16. I have always used interac for all of my deposits and withdrawals. November 10th was my last successful interac withdrawal. On November 16th I tried to make a fiat withdrawal and suddenly Interac has vanished from my list of options. I am not a high enough VIP to use crypto (even though I don't use crypto) and AstroPay does not work for me and never has. I have reached out daily to live support about this issue and have gotten a wide range of responses. Responses ranging from "there is no problem" to "use a different method" to "we are aware of the issue" to "we are trying to fix it" to "there is no issue" again. I was told to refresh my browser, clear cookies, use a different browser, use BC mirror sites, and I did all of these things multiple times .... This is hugely frustrating. Please, can someone tell me if anyone else has this issue and if BC is working to fix it. If so, is there a time frame when Interac will be available again. Any help would be much appreciated. I get cagey responses from support and I just need some reassurance that this will be fixed. Thank you
